The Bible and You
God loves you whether or not you read your Bible.
We shouldn’t read the Bible so that God thinks we’re great,
but so that we remember that God is!

Just Start ReadingThe Bible isn't like other books where you start at the beginning and read straight through. Find the Table of Contents. Look for the New Testament and start with one of the Gospels--Matthew, Mark, Luke, John. Either read a whole gospel in one sitting OR read a few chapters each day.

SWEDISH BIBLE READING TECHNIQUE
--Just one way to read the Bible--
Read a passage and then scribble down four things:
- The main thing about God that’s struck you from the passage.
- Any questions you have about what you’ve read… and your best guess at what the answers are
- The main application (a change in attitude or action) for you
- Someone you’re going to tell about what you’ve read about God
Things don't have to be true to be true
